Villa Xani - Himare

The value for money at Villa Xani was excellent, and the room wasnice and neat with a nice balcony. The location was great, a short walk from the seafront and closer to the beautiful Livadhi beach. The hosts were friendly and helpful .

The breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Clean and spacious room with new furnishings. Surrounded by trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Friendly and helpful hosts, providing valuable information and assistance. Enjoyable stay, would definitely return in the future.

We spent Christmas at this place and it was truly magical. The room was nicely decorated with festive lights and a beautiful Christmas tree. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and town center. We enjoyed waking up every morning and taking a walk along the picturesque streets. Another advantage was the friendly staff, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We were greeted with warm smiles and treated like family.

There were a couple of downsides to our Christmas stay. the room was quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to relax and fully enjoy our time.

We had an amazing stay at a lovely villa in a quiet location. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The hosts were attentive and even took care of our travel connections. The terrace surrounded by pomegranate trees and roses was a highlight. We also enjoyed the homemade pomegranate liquor and mountain tea they provided. The villa is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach and the center with restaurants and markets. we highly recommend this hotel for a perfect base to explore the Albanian Riviera.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Villa Xani in Himara. the property was very pleasant and clean, with comfortable rooms. the location up the hill provided a nice view of a part of the bay. the hosts were incredibly friendly and treated us with respect and everyday care. They made sure our room was clean and ready to use every day, just like when we first arrived. We even received freshly picked grapes from their vineyard as a parting gift. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a carefree vacation in Himara.

The room at Villa Xani was absolutely amazing! It had a cozy seating area where I could relax and watch TV. The private bathroom with bathrobes made me feel like I was in a luxurious spa. I loved that some units had a kitchen equipped with an oven, it was perfect for preparing quick meals. The private entrance and soundproofing in the apartment gave me a peaceful and undisturbed stay. The tile/marble floor added a touch of elegance to the apartment. The air conditioning in the units provided a comfortable and cool environment. The balcony in the units was a great spot to enjoy the view and soak up the sun.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the hairdryer provided in the room.

The location was ideal, with shortcuts to town and the beach. The path to the beach, though steep, offered amazing views. The daily cleanliness of the place was excellent, and the owner was kind, even driving us to the bus on our departure day. Being close to both the center of town and the peaceful Livadi beach was perfect. The room was super clean, and the owner were pretty good too accommodate our needs. And who could forget the adorable neighbor's donkey!
